Our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) service provides safe, reliable, and punctual wheelchair-accessible transportation for individuals needing assistance to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, pharmacies, and more. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All private rides must be booked through our website in advance. Pricing starts at a set rate and varies based on distance and services needed. Full payment is required at booking. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made ahead of time for a partial refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Service Area We serve Durham, Orange, Alamance, Wake, and Person counties. Out-of-area trips may be accommodated for an additional fee. Passenger Requirements Clients must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Mobility aids are welcome, but equipment must be in safe working condition. Conduct & Safety Respectful behavior is expected. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited. Delays & Rescheduling In case of delays or severe weather, we will notify clients as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be available at no extra charge. Liability Life’s Angel Transportation is not responsible for lost items or medical emergencies during transport. By booking a ride, clients agree to these terms.
